Frequently Asked Questions

  • At the moment, our groups and services are not covered by insurance, but we do work with OPWDD here in New York City.

  • We accept payments through Hisawyer using cards and have payment plans and memberships. We also accept payment via Zelle.

    We have the option for needs-based tuition for our social skills groups. We offer pricing discounts to ensure accessibility for those experiencing financial challenges.

  • If the NYC DOE cancels school due to inclement weather, the PlayGroup is also canceled. An email reminder will be sent out the morning of the session, a make-up of this session is up to the discretion of the teacher. If a session is missed in a package due to teacher absence, the PlayGroup will offer a make-up week. If a session is missed due to student absence, the session will not be refunded or made up.
